Mahipal told that he boils saffron, pistachios, almonds, cardamom in milk on a low flame, it makes the milk tasty, which one feels like drinking again and again. The smell of milk draws people to them. Mahipal says that he gets pure milk from the village and prepares it by adding various ingredients.
According to Mahipal, he has been coming to Alwar for two years and setting up a milk-jalebi shop. He learned the skill of preparing delicious milk-jalebi from his grandfather. Now this taste is rising on the lips of the residents of Alwar. Here one Kullad milk is available for Rs.30, 1 kg Jalebi for Rs.160 and combo milk and Jalebi for Rs.40. Regarding the quality of milk, Prabha Sharma of Alwar said that she stopped at this shop after seeing the crowd and tasted the milk and jalebi. He told that the test of milk and jalebi is very good.
The demand for hot milk is high in the winter season. In the evening people like to drink hot milk after having food. Doctors and Vaidyas also say that drinking milk at night is beneficial. This is the reason why the work of hot milk continues till late night at many shops in Alwar.
